What Now?

I love being on break but after a few days I start getting bored. No one to talk to, nothing to do..... I'm on a mission to find something to do! I'm reading this book called "Rampant". It's pretty good so far, this may sound strange but it's about killer unicorns. No laughing (even though I did) but it's actually really good if you get past the KILLER UNICORN part :)

Book Recomendation

The book Solace and Grief isn't out yet but it looks really good so when it come out, read it. Also if you havent read anything by Scott Westerfeld you should drop everything and do so. Anything by him is great, Midnighters, Peeps, Uglies, Leviathan! They're all good!

Percy jackson review

I just got back from seeing Percy Jackson at the theater. It was great, the effects, actors/actresses. It was also changed a lot! here are some examples:

1) Percy and everyone knew he was Poseidon's son from the beginning, and Zeus knew about Percy and threatened Poseidon. Well not Percy but he found out right as he got to camp half blood.

2) Percy, Grover, and Annabeth traveled to Auntie Em's, Lotus cafe, and the Parthenon in Nashville to find the three pearls to help them escape from the underworld. In the book he gets them from his dad.

3) No Ares plot line or Clarrise!

there's so much more i could say but i would bore you. I'm also not sure if they're going to make another because they didn't do anything to lead into a sequel and two it wasn't sold out! not a good sign! With Percy Jackson being as big as it is and it only being out for 2 days, NOT GOOD! Also they changed Percy's relationship between his father and Annabeth, his father more though.

over all it was a great movie, but as a fan it wasn't as good i had hope for. Don't let that stop you from going to see it!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I just want to wish you all a great Valentine's Day full of happiness! Also remember that Chinese New Year is on the same day. I'll be celebrating that with a friend. Decorations are all over the house, every where i tell you!

First playoffs game coming up!

SO the first playoffs game is coming up and we're playing a school I've never heard of. Apparently they're pretty good but so are we! We will be winners. I just checked out the second book in the Found series by Haddix, but I have o finish my homework now...

I have decided that one of my favorite things about Christmas is my mom's home made chocolates. I'm not usually a sugar person, but her truffles are awesome and I can't help but to love them. Mind you I only eat one at a because they are very sweet, but I'm not normal when it comes to candy. I never have been.

Also, if any one has a book recommendation I would be glad to hear some because right now I don't have anything to read. Well, actually I do but it turned out that they aren't that interesting and I'm returning them to the library because of that. I've caught up on all my series and I feel like there's a lot of mediocre writing out there. Besides, Christmas is coming and I don't want to spend a ton of money. I'll just have to tough it out till the fat man comes to visit.
